This 460-acre luxury community in Naples, Florida, originally launched just as the Great Recession was descending on the market. At the point in 2011 when Kitson & Partners purchased the property, Talis Park (then called Tuscany Reserve) had experienced very little absorption and was therefore essentially a blank slate that could be realigned with the rapidly evolving priorities of luxury buyers. I was brought in to help create this new vision and re-launch the community.
Looking at the changing values of homebuyers, it was clear that we needed to deliver an experience that was wholly different from the other luxury communities in Naples. We essentially redefined luxury, moving away from the old-world notion of pomp and formality to a fresh, contemporary expression of refined, connected, healthy living.
